1. 服务说明
Anyvibe 由一个 Mac App 和一个 iPhone App 组成，用于在 iPhone 上遥控你自己 Mac 上运行的编程 agent（目前为 Codex CLI）：派发任务、查看进度、审批 agent 请求的操作。所有命令都由你 Mac 上的 agent 执行，Anyvibe 不代你执行代码，也不提供 AI 模型服务。
2. 你的责任
- 你需自行安装、登录并配置 Codex CLI 或其他 agent，并遵守其提供方的条款，承担相应的模型费用。
- 你批准的每一个操作（执行命令、修改文件等）都会在你的 Mac 上真实执行。请在批准前确认其内容，并对你的项目做好版本管理与备份。
- 请只添加你有权访问的项目文件夹，只配对你本人的设备，并妥善保管设备。
- 不得利用 Anyvibe 从事违法活动，或干扰、攻击 Anyvibe 的推送服务及其他用户。
3. 订阅与付费
可主动开启一次 7 天 Pro 免费试用，不绑定付款方式，到期不自动扣费；到期后可继续使用免费版，或主动购买月订阅/年订阅。试用记录保存在本设备上。
Mac App 免费。iPhone App 提供免费功能以及 Pro 订阅（月订阅、年订阅），价格以 App Store 显示为准。订阅通过 Apple 账户扣费，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则将自动续订。你可以在 iPhone 的"设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅"中管理或取消订阅。退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。
4. 可用性
Anyvibe 的连接依赖你的网络、你的 Mac 保持开机与联网、第三方中继网络。我们会尽力保证服务可用，但不保证不中断、无错误。
5. 免责声明与责任限制
Anyvibe 按"现状"提供。对于 agent 执行的操作（包括经你批准的操作）造成的任何数据丢失、代码损坏、费用或其他损失，在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不承担责任。我们的总赔偿责任以你在过去 12 个月内为 Anyvibe 支付的金额为上限。
6. 商标
Codex 是 OpenAI 的商标，Claude Code 是 Anthropic 的商标，Apple、iPhone、Mac、App Store 是 Apple Inc. 的商标。Anyvibe 为独立产品，与上述公司无关联，也未获其背书。
7. 条款变更与终止
我们可能更新本条款，并在本页更新生效日期。你可以随时停止使用并删除 App。

1. The service
Anyvibe consists of a Mac app and an iPhone app that let you remotely drive a coding agent running on your own Mac (currently the Codex CLI) from your iPhone: start tasks, follow progress and approve actions the agent requests. All commands are executed by the agent on your Mac. Anyvibe does not execute code on your behalf and does not provide AI models.
2. Your responsibilities
- You install, sign in to and configure the Codex CLI or other agents yourself, comply with their providers' terms and bear any model costs.
- Every action you approve (running commands, editing files, etc.) is actually executed on your Mac. Review it before approving, and keep your projects under version control and backed up.
- Only add project folders you are authorized to access, only pair your own devices, and keep them secure.
- Do not use Anyvibe for unlawful purposes or to interfere with or attack the Anyvibe push service or other users.
3. Subscriptions and payments
You may start a one-time, 7-day Pro trial without a payment method or automatic billing. Afterward, keep using the free plan or choose a monthly or yearly subscription. The trial record is stored on this device.
The Mac app is free. The iPhone app offers free features plus Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly), priced as shown on the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Availability
Anyvibe relies on your network, your Mac being on and online, and third-party relay networks. We strive to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Anyvibe is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, code damage, costs or other losses caused by actions performed by the agent, including actions you approved. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Anyvibe in the preceding 12 months.
6. Trademarks
Codex is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude Code is a trademark of Anthropic. Apple, iPhone, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Anyvibe is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will update the effective date on this page. You may stop using Anyvibe and delete the apps at any time.
