Anyvibe隐私政策

1. 适用范围
本政策适用于 Anyvibe iPhone App、Anyvibe Mac App，以及本网站（以下统称"Anyvibe"）。
2. 我们不收集的内容
- 你的源代码与项目文件内容
- 你发给 agent 的消息、agent 的回复、执行的命令及其输出、代码改动
- 你的姓名、邮箱、手机号等身份信息（Anyvibe 不需要注册）
- 广告标识符；Anyvibe 不包含广告或第三方统计 SDK
3. 数据如何流动

4. 第三方服务
(1) 中继网络。iPhone 与 Mac 无法直接连通时（例如不在同一网络），加密连接会经由 iroh 开源网络的公共中继服务器（由 n0, Inc. 运营）转发。中继只能看到双方的网络地址与加密后的数据，无法解密内容。
(2) 通知。首版不注册 APNs 远程推送，也不向推送网关发送设备令牌。App 在线收到额度变化时可显示本地提醒；审批需要在 App 内处理。
(3) App Store。购买与订阅由 Apple 处理，我们不会获得你的支付信息，只会得到订阅是否有效的结果。
(4) 你自己的 AI 服务。Anyvibe 在你的 Mac 上启动你已安装的 agent。agent 发往模型服务（如 OpenAI 或你配置的其他提供方）的请求由该 agent 直接发出，受你与该提供方之间的条款约束，Anyvibe 不会接收或转存。
5. 设备权限
- 相机：仅用于扫描 Mac 上的配对二维码，画面不保存、不上传。
- 本地网络：用于在同一 Wi-Fi 下直连你的 Mac。
- 通知：用于 App 在线时的额度变化提醒，可随时在系统设置中关闭。
6. 数据保留与删除
会话与配对数据保存在你的设备上，你可以随时删除：在 Mac 的 Anyvibe 中移除设备或项目，在 iPhone 的设置中"忘记这台 Mac"，或直接删除 App。移除设备后，Mac 会同时删除该设备的推送注册。我们的服务器上没有需要你申请删除的个人数据。
7. 儿童
Anyvibe 面向开发者，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
8. 政策更新
如本政策有实质变化，我们会在本页更新生效日期，并在 App 更新说明中提示。

Privacy Policy
Effective: October 1, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers the Anyvibe iPhone app, the Anyvibe Mac app and this website ("Anyvibe").
2. What we do not collect
- Your source code or project contents
- Messages you send to the agent, its replies, commands it runs, their output, or code changes
- Your name, email, phone number or other identity data (Anyvibe requires no sign-up)
- Advertising identifiers; Anyvibe contains no ads or third-party analytics SDKs

4. Third-party services
(1) Relay network. When your iPhone and Mac cannot connect directly, the encrypted connection is forwarded through public relay servers of the open-source iroh network (operated by n0, Inc.). Relays see network addresses and encrypted data only; they cannot decrypt content.
(2) Notifications. The first release does not register for APNs remote notifications or send device tokens to a push gateway. Quota updates received while the app is connected may produce local alerts. Approvals are handled inside the app.
(3) App Store. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details, only whether a subscription is active.
(4) Your own AI provider. Anyvibe launches the agents installed on your Mac. Requests from the agent to model providers (such as OpenAI or any provider you configured) are sent by the agent directly and are governed by your terms with that provider. Anyvibe does not receive or store them.
5. Device permissions
- Camera: only to scan the pairing QR code on your Mac. Frames are not stored or uploaded.
- Local network: to connect directly to your Mac on the same Wi-Fi.
- Notifications: for local quota alerts received while the app is connected. You can turn them off in Settings anytime.
6. Retention and deletion
Session and pairing data live on your devices and can be deleted anytime: remove a device or project in Anyvibe on your Mac, choose "Forget this Mac" in the iPhone app's settings, or delete the app. Removing a device on your Mac also deletes its push registration. We hold no personal data on our servers for you to request deletion of.
7. Children
Anyvibe is intended for developers and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page and mention it in the app's release notes.
